I combine fresh thinking and modern approaches to revenue generation that help companies meet growth goals.

I’m a go-to-market specialist, so at the core of what I do is analyzing your market, your audiences, and your sales and marketing processes to find tangible opportunities that grow revenue and increase demand.

Having worked both agency-side and in-house taking organizations through launch and growth strategies at all stages of maturity, I’ve seen plenty of good, some bad and the occasional ugly. With almost two decades of B2B brand and revenue building under my belt, I’ve found time again that new perspectives and small changes can make lasting impact.

I launched Hengarth to apply what I’ve learned a little differently; to better create the space and motivation businesses need to inspire higher level breakthroughs for lasting change.

Whether you participate in a workshop at Hengarth “onsite” or engage for sales and marketing services and support “offsite”, my aim is to encourage leaders and teams to get out of the boardroom, literally and figuratively, and back in to their business.

My approach is to help teams understand for themselves what’s happening, what change is needed, and how to actually get there.

That last bit on “how” is key – I provide technical, practical and strategic support for all projects – big and small. You’ll not get strategic advice without an eye on corresponding tactics, nor tactical deliverables without syncing with wider strategy.

Providing lofty or aspirational market propositions without a thought to sales and marketing  application and messaging does no one any good. Instead, whether we engage on creating content that converts, a more streamlined sales process or a full go-to-market strategy for a new product or segment launch, the order of the day is always real-world execution

While my sales & marketing consultancy services  are up and running, there is a heap of work going on as I look to fully launch Hengarth workshops and off-sites later this year – a 19th century barn renovation, site work for corporate offsite hospitality spaces and much more. If you’d like to stay tuned on what’s happening with launch and upcoming events at Hengarth – head to http://www.hengarth.com and subscribe.

In the meantime, here’s some snaps of Hengarth in all of it’s glory!
